• Large upload reliability: backend falls back to creating input records without original file when PocketBase rejects >5MB, preserving metadata and stats
• Tier-aware uploads: middleware now attaches cookie session before public routes so Pro gets 20MB limit; multipart overhead increased to avoid connection resets
• Stats accuracy: ensured images meta_json field exists and adjusted PB read rules so backend can aggregate totals correctly
• Frontend uploads: use absolute API URL with credentials to bypass Next.js proxy size limits
• UI tweaks: improved header tier badge (bigger, pink text, stronger border) and spacing near Login for cleaner layout

• Created more pages and fixed the complete styling into one CSS
• Status page now connects to our back and frontend
• A lot of PageSpeed and Google improvements — all 100 now :)
