If you find yourself limited, we encourage you to upgrade to our Pro plan. For about the price of a cup of coffee each month, you get unlimited usage and a host of other valuable perks.

3. Your Files & Privacy

Your files are yours. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload. We only have the temporary right to access and store your files to perform the conversion or resizing you requested. All user files are automatically deleted from our servers within 48 hours, unless you choose to save them to your personal file storage service. With our storage service, your files remain yours, but they are securely accessible and linkable from any internet site for as long as you need them.

4. Billing & Refunds

  • Subscriptions: We will automatically bill your monthly Pro package to your payment method until you cancel or terminate your subscription.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of our product (immediate access to the service), we generally do not offer refunds, except where required by law. All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, which are your responsibility to pay.

  • Disclaimer: Our website and all its content are provided "as is," without any warranty of any kind. While we strive to ensure our service is reliable, we cannot guarantee its reliability, accuracy, or completeness.
  • Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for any damages that arise from your use of this website. If there is an issue where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the services in question, even if those services were provided to you for free.
